This drawing is of a room, with added depth through the usage of one-point perspective. I drew this room with a pencil and I made sure to decorate the room with a chair, stars on the ceiling, a skylight, an air vent, a door, a painting, a mouse-hole, a chipmunk, and an elf on the shelf. I added a vanishing point, which all of the lines tilt toward, creating the affect of depth in the drawing. Shapes were distorted by the vanishing point, to appear as a complete form. Proportion was also influenced, closer objects are larger and farther away objects are smaller. This room has a very silly feel, the painting of the kiwi, the chipmunk, and the elf on the shelf create that feeling, it makes me happy.
